海豹油对高脂血症的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究海豹油对高脂血症的影响。方法选择104名高血脂血症志愿者,按血脂水平随机分成空白组与试食组,试食组每天服用海豹油软胶囊,空白组服用安慰剂,连续服用60 d后,在服样开始与结束的时候分别检测其甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平以及肝肾功能等各项安全性指标,进行差异性比较,评估其安全性和对血脂的影响。结果试验组人群服用海豹油后,TC、TG和LDL-C水平与试食前比较分别下降18.37%、11.95%、18.16%,HDL-C水平上升0.107 mmol/L,与服用前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肝肾功能及其它安全性指标均未见异常。结论海豹油对高血脂血症患者具有辅助降低血脂的作用,对人群健康无不良影响。Objective To study the effect of seal oil on hyperlipidemia. Methods One hundred and four patients with hy- perlipidemia were selected as the volunteers, and then randomly divided into the blank group and the test group according to the blood lipid level. The test group was given seal oil soft capsules and the blank group received placebo for 60 consecutive days. Tri- glyceride （TG） , total cholesterol （TC） , low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL-C ） , the biochemical indexes of hepatic and renal function and other safety indexes were determined before and after the ad- ministration, and the differences were compared. The safety and hypolipidemic effect of seal oil were evaluated. Results After the administration of seal oil for 60 consecutive days, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the test group decreased by 18.37%, 11.95% and 18.16% respectively, while the level of HDL-C increased by 0.107 mmol/L compared with before the administration as well as the control group （ both P〈0.01 ）. The results of biochemical indexes of hepatic and renal function and other safety inde- xes of these two groups presented normal. Conclusions Seal oil has a good effect on hyperlipidemia, and shows no adverse impact.
