摘　　要：[目的]了解农村失能老年人照顾者生活质量现状,分析其影响因素。[方法]采用多级整群抽样方法,运用自行设计的一般资料调查问卷、健康调查简表(SF-36)、肖水源社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对开封市375名农村失能老年人照顾者进行调查。[结果]农村失能老年人照顾者生活质量各维度得分均低于常模,其中年龄、老年人失能程度、自身健康状况、与失能老年人的关系、文化程度是主要影响因素;社会支持与农村失能老年人照顾者生活质量呈正相关。[结论]农村失能老年人照顾者总体生活质量偏低。应针对农村地域特点开展社区卫生服务,加强卫生保健知识的宣传,增强失能老年人的自护能力,减轻照顾负担,提高照顾者的生活质量。Objective：To know the status quo of the quality of life of the caregivers of disabled elderly in rural areas and analyze its influencing factors.Methods： A multivariate cluster sampling method was used to analyze the data of 375 caregiver of disabled elderly in rural areas of Kaifeng city.The data were analyzed by using the self- designed general questionnaire,Short Form Health Survey Questionnaire （SF- 36） and Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）.Resuits：The dimensions＇ score of the caregivers of disabled elderly in rural areas were lower than those of the norm.The main influencing factors of quality of life were age,disability degree of the elderly,health status, relations with the disabled elderly and education level.The score of social support was positive correlated with the score of the quality of life.Conclusion：The quality of life of the caregivers of disabled elderly in rural ar- eas was low. Community health service should be carried out according to the characteristics of rural areas, strengthen the propaganda of health care knowledge, enhance self- care ability of disabled elderly, reduce the burden of care and improve the quality of life of earegivers.
