摘  要:地铁盾构机下穿江河段一般为风险最高段,且不同地层组合条件下的施工风险等级也不同。结合福州地铁1号线达道站—上藤站区间盾构穿越闽江的实例,系统地研究了复合式土压平衡盾构机穿越江底强透水砂层的施工工艺,包括施工方案的整体评估、施工前的设备改造和渣土改良、施工难点及其对策、辅助工法等。该施工工艺实现了复合式土压平衡盾构机穿越江底强透水砂层的突破,既保障了施工安全,又保证了施工工期。In general, the section where metro shield crosses underground a river is the highest risk section, but the risk de- gree differs in different stratum combination conditions. Com- bined with the practical engineering of Dadao- Shangteng sta- tion section where the tunnel of Fuzhou metro Line 1 crosses under the Min River, the construction technology of composite earth pressure balance shield machine tunneling under strong permeable sand layers is systematically studied, including the o- verall evaluation of the construction schem, the renovation of equipment before the construction, the difficult points in con- struction and countermeasures and so on. The construction technology has achieved a breakthrough of composite earth pressure balance shield machine tunneling under strong permea- ble sand layers, ensured the safety and the construction period at the same time.
