摘 要:电子设备元器件故障率的预测目前大部分根据通用标准开展,降低了故障率预测的准确性和可信性。提出了基于运行信息预测机电继电器故障率的方法。为消除设计应力的影响,定义了额定故障率,并给出了基于多项目运行信息建立额定故障率的模型及计算方法。以深圳轨道交通4号线二期工程项目中继电器的实际运行数据为例,说明额定故障率计算理论以及在新项目中故障率预测的应用方法。At present, most of the failure rate predictions of electronic components are based on the working stand- ards, which reduced the accuracy and credibility of the failure rate prediction. In this paper, a method to predict the failure rate of electromechanical relays based on the actual operational information is presented. In order to eliminate the effect of designed stress, a rated failure rate is defined, a model and calculation method of the rated failure rate is built up with consideration of the multi - project operating information. In addition, the operating data of the electro- mechanical relays in the 2nd stage of Shenzhen rail transit Line 4 project are used to describe the calculation theory of the rated failure rate and the application method of the failure rate prediction in new projects.
