摘  要:通过调整EM菌投加前后的浮床径深比,研究浮床变形率对EM菌负载量、水质指标以及鱼苗生长状况的影响。结果表明,当喷淋密度为5 m^3/(m^2·h)、浮床高度30 cm时,可获得EM菌最大负载量;当变形浮床变形率为6,覆盖面积达到水面1/3时,整个试验周期内其COD,NH_3-N和DO分别稳定维持在18,0.05 mg/L和6~7 mg/L,鱼苗的成活率和增质量率较无浮床系统分别提高13,25百分点。By adjusting the ratio of diameter to depth of floating bed before and after the EM bacteria cast, the paper studied the effect of deformation ratio of floating bed on the EM bacteria load, water quality index and the growth status of fry. The results showed that when spray density was 5 m^3/(m^2·h)and depth of bed was 30 cm,the amount of fixed EM bacteria was the biggest. When the deformation ratio was 6 and the bed water ratio was 1/3,COD, NH3-N and DO were maintained at 18, 0.05 mg/L and 6-7 mg/L, respectively in the experimental period. Compared with the controlgroup, the survivalrate and growth rate of fry increased by 13, 25 percentage point, respectively.
