摘  要:2015—2016年应用抗病毒剂及杀虫剂对玉米致死性坏死病的田间防治效果进行了试验。拌种试验结果表明,每100 kg玉米种子用70%噻虫嗪WS 300 g+10%溴氰虫酰胺SC 900 mL拌种对玉米致死性坏死病有较好的防治效果(77.4%~80.5%),明显优于用70%吡虫啉WS 600 g拌种的防治效果(62.7%~65.2%)和用70%噻虫嗪WS 600 g拌种的防治效果(63.9%~66.3%),且无药害反应。喷雾试验结果表明,苗期喷施50%吡蚜酮WG 150 g/hm^2、再在拔节期喷施30%毒氟磷WP 800 g/hm^2+80%烯啶虫胺·吡蚜酮WG 150 g/hm^2对玉米致死性坏死病的防治效果(75.8%~79.2%)明显优于苗期2次喷施20%盐酸吗啉胍·乙酸铜WP 750 g/hm^2的防治效果(52.3%~55.6%)、2次喷施30%毒氟磷WP 900 g/hm^2的防治效果(64.6%~65.5%)及2次喷施10%宁南霉素SP 50 g/hm^2的防治效果(68.2%~71.8%),且无药害反应。The seed dressing trails indicated that corn seeds dressed with thiamethoxam 70% WS 210 g a.i./100 kg seeds+cyantraniliprole 10% SC+90 g a.i./100 kg seeds showed better control(77.4%-80.5%)than imidacloprid 70% WS 420 g a.i./100 kg seeds and thiamethoxam 70% WS 420 g a.i./100 kg seeds(62.7%-65.2%, 63.9%-66.3%), no toxic reaction was found. The trials of spray with pymetrozine 50% WG(150 g a.i./hm^-2)on seedings and dufulin 30% WP(800 g a.i./hm^-2)+nitenpyram·pymetrozine 80% WG(150 g a.i./hm^-2) at corn period of elongation had significantly higher control efficacy(75.8%-79.2%)than control efficacies of moroxydine·copper acetate 20% WP(750 g a.i./hm^-2), dufulin 30% WP(900 g a.i./hm^-2), ningnanmycin 10% SP(50 g a.i./hm^-2), no toxic reaction was found. It was suggested that dressing of corn seeds with systemic insecticides(i.e. thiamethoxam +cyantraniliprole)combined with spray of dufulin 30% WP+ nitenpyram·pymetrozine 80% WG or thiamethoxam+cyantraniliprole could be better control against MLN.
