摘  要:铣削力是NOMEX蜂窝芯加工中主要的物理量,铣削力不仅影响加工质量,还影响蜂窝的固持状态。由于蜂窝芯材料的力学性能及切削性能不同于常用的金属材料,现有的金属切削力公式无法适用于超声复合铣削蜂窝切削力的计算。针对此问题,开展了NOMEX蜂窝材料超声复合切削实验,采用中心复合响应曲面法,建立了超声复合铣削NOMEX蜂窝材料的三方向铣削力预测模型,并将模型计算出来的数据与实验数据对比,验证了预测模型的有效性。基于该模型,研究了各个因素对铣削力的作用规律及各个因素之间的交互作用。结果表明:该模型可以有效预测超声复合铣削蜂窝材料过程中的铣削力;铣削宽度对铣削力影响最显著,其次进走刀速度,切削深度对切削力影响最小,交互项对铣削力也影响显著;铣削力随走刀速度、铣削深度和铣削宽度增加而增大。Milling force is the main physical quantity in the machining process of NOMEX honeycomb core,the milling force not only affects the quality of machining process,but also affects the state of holding.The existing formula of metal cutting force can not be applied to the calculation of cutting force in ultrasonic composite milling because the mechanical properties and the cutting performance of honeycomb core materials are different from that of commonly used metal materials.The ultrasonic composite cutting experiment of NOMEX honeycomb material was carried out to solve this problem.By means of the Central composite response surface method,the experiment has established a three-direction milling force prediction model for the ultrasonic composite milling of NOMEX honeycomb material,and the data from the model are compared with the experimental data illustrate the validity of the prediction model.Based on this model,the effects of various factors on the milling forces and the interaction between the various factors are studied.The experimental result indicated that the model can effectively predict the milling force in the process of ultrasonic composite milling;milling width is the most significant effect on milling force,followed by feed rate,the influence of cutting depth on cutting force is the least and also the interaction term has a significant impact on milling force.The milling force increases with the increase of feed rate,milling depth and milling width.
