钢铁发蓝处理对零件内孔氧化膜厚度的影响

摘  要:研究钢铁发蓝处理对零件内孔直径以及长度的影响。采用内孔直径不同、长度不同的零件进行发蓝处理,并测试了零件外表面、内孔中间部位与内孔端部氧化膜厚度变化规律。研究结果表明,零件内孔直径为10 mm,长度大于120 mm,内孔中间部位氧化膜厚度明显低于其余部位。零件内孔直径为15 mm,长度大于120 mm,内孔中间部位氧化膜厚度与其余部位差别减小。内孔直径为20 mm,零件内孔中间部位氧化膜厚度与其余部位相当。Effects of steel bluing on the diameter and length of component inner hole were investigated. In this paper,steel bluing treatment was firstly conducted on the components with different inner hole diameter and inner hole length. Then the change rules of the thickness of oxide films on components surface,at the middle part and end of inner hole were tested. The results showed that thickness of the oxide film at the middle part of inner hole was obviously lower than other parts for the components with inner hole diameter of 10 mm and inner hole length greater than 120 mm. When the component inner hole diameter was15 mm and inner hole length was greater than 120 mm,the oxide film thickness difference between the middle part and other parts was reduced. The oxide film thickness of middle part and other parts were same when inner hole diameter was 20 mm.
