摘  要:以某企业电泳废水为研究对象,测定了稻壳灰对电泳废水中锌、镍的去除率。吸附平衡时间锌为15 min、镍为20 min,优化实验条件,选择吸附振荡15 min。在稻壳灰投加质量浓度为10 g/L,废水p H为8.57、吸附振荡t为15 min时,废水中锌、镍的去除率分别为72.0%、85.3%。连续对废水进行7天模拟测试,经稻壳灰处理后的电泳废水锌、镍含量均可以达到排放标准。Taking the electrophoresis wastewater from a certain enterprise as research object,removal rate of Zinc and Nickel in the electrophoresis wastewater using rice husk ash was investigated. Refer to the adsorption equilibrium time,zinc is 15 min,nickel is 20 min,for the optimal experimental conditions,the selective adsorption of oscillation time is 15 min. The removal rate of Zinc and Nickel could reach 72. 0%and 85. 3%,respectively,when the adding mass concentration of rich husk ash,wastewater p H value,adsorption oscillation time was 10 g/L,8. 57 and 15 min,separately. After seven consecutive days of simulated testing,the concentration of Zinc and Nickel in the electrophoresis wastewater treated by rice husk ash can meet the emission standard.
