高温热处理对小白藤材色和视觉心理量的影响

摘　　要：以小白藤为研究对象,研究不同高温热处理温度和时间对藤材颜色的影响规律,采用红外光谱技术分析颜色变化的原因,在此基础之上分析藤材的视觉物理量与视觉心理量之间是否存在相关性。结果表明,随着高温热处理温度的升高和时间的延长,小白藤材的明度指数和黄蓝色品指数都有一定程度的下降,但红绿色品指数呈现上升趋势。3个材色参数产生变化的主要原因是在热处理过程中,藤材组分中的羰基等发色基团有显著变化。同时,心理调查结果显示视觉物理量参数对视觉心理量有一定程度的影响,如人们会直观认为明度值越高的物体越轻巧、明快,明度值越低的物体越硬重、深沉。因此,进行小白藤材高温热处理的研究有利于推动藤材在室内装饰领域的应用,从而创新其利用新形式,提升利用附加值。This study aimed at investigating the influence of different heat treatment temperatures and times on the rattan color. The infrared spectroscopy was used to analyze the causes of the color changes. In the high temperature treatment experiments, the surfaces of dry rattan were polished, placed into the carbonization furnace, conducted the heat treatment and then cooled down to room temperature. A correlation between visual physical quantity of rattan and visual psychological magnitude was analyzed. In the psychological tests, the students from the environmental art design specialty and wood science and technology major of Anhui Agriculture University were randomly divided into two groups. By using the questionnaire, the students were asked to observe the four kinds of colors, combined with their own feelings in the corresponding column in the visual psychological quantities of samples, graded the highest and lowest points for ＋5 and -5. The experimental results showed that with the increasing heat treatment temperature and time, the rattan lightness index and yellow blue color index decreased to some extent, but the red green color index had an increase trend. The main reason for the changes of three color parameters was that the carbonyl chromophore of the rattan components had the same changes during the heat treatment process. Psychological survey results showed that the visual physical parameters had certain effects on visual psychological quantities, for example, people could consider the high visual brightness value objects lighter and crisper, while consider the low lightness value objects harder, deeper and more heavy. The research on high temperature treatment can promote the application of rattan in the interior decoration field, and add values to rattan products.
