摘 要:Φ22 mm×2 mm 304不锈钢管-0.1 mm铜箔-Φ17.2 mm Q195钢筋经10%减径冷拔使3层金属紧密结合,再经1150℃加热钎焊得到不锈钢/碳钢复合钢筋。研究了1 100~1 225℃保温1 h和1150℃的保温时间(0.5~4 h)对复合钢筋结合界面组织性能的影响。结果表明,1150℃加热后钎焊金属界面强度最大为296 MPa,铜箔作为钎焊层可以有效的实现不锈钢层和碳钢层的冶金结合;随1 150℃保温时间增加,不锈钢和碳钢之间的元素扩散距离和浓度增加,保温2 h,碳钢侧的Fe扩散到铜层约80μm,不锈钢侧的Cr和Ni扩散到碳钢内部约60μm,铜钎焊层出现含Cr、Ni的气泡状铁基固溶体并变大变多;界面区域的剪切强度和显微硬度随保温时间呈先增大后减小的趋势,保温2 h后达到最大值,分别为301 MPa和HV423。Abstract The Ф22 mm ×2 mm 304 stainless steel tube-0. 1 mm copper foil-qbl7. 2 mm Q195 reinforce steel bar is cold-drawn by reduction 10% in diameter to make the 3 layer metal closed contact, than heated and brazed at 1 150 ℃ to get Stainless steel/carbon steel clad bar. The effect of heating temperature 1 100 - 1 225 ℃ for 1 b and holding time (0. 5 -4 h) at 1 150 ℃ on structure and performance of contacted interface of clad reinforce bar has been studied. Results show that the strength of brazing metal interface heated at 1 150 ℃ is maxmium, i.e. 296 MPa, and the copper foil as a brazing layer is available to fulfill the metallurgical combination of stainless steel layer and carbon steel layer; with increasing holding time at 1 150 ℃, the diffusion distance and concentration of elements between stainless steel and carbon steel increase, with holding for 2 h the Fe in carbon steel side diffuses into copper foil about 80 ~m and the Cr and Ni in stainless steel side diffuse into carbon steel about 60 p.m; and the bubble type iron base solid solution containing Cr and Ni occurred in copper brazing layer becomes larger and increases; and with increasing holding time the shear strength and micro hardness of interface area are increase first and then decrease, and with holding for 2 h the shear strength and micro hardness are up to maximum and respectively 301 MPa and HV423.
