摘  要:为了得到扫描速度和激光功率对熔覆层性能的影响,利用光纤激光器在Cr12Mo V板材表面激光熔覆Ni60A粉末,研究了激光功率和扫描速度对熔覆层宽度、高度以及硬度的影响,进行了金相组织分析。结果表明:熔覆层宽度随激光功率增大而增大,随扫描速度的提高先增大后减小;熔覆层高度随激光功率的增大而升高,随扫描速度加快而降低;熔覆层硬度随激光功率增大而降低,随扫描速度增大而提高。熔覆层上部组织细小均匀,下部组织粗大稀疏,并与基体呈现良好波浪状冶金结合。In order to get the scanning speed and laser power effect on the properties of the cladding layer, laser cladding was performed on the surface of Cr12MoV sheet metal with Ni60A. Discussing the influence of the laser power and scanning speed on cladding layer width, height and hardness and microstructure are analyzed. The results shows that the width of the cladding layer increases with the laser power has a enlargement, and first increases, then decreases with scanning speed becomes quick; the height increases with increment of power, and becomes lower along with the scanning speed raises; hardness decreases with increment of power, with the increase of scanning speed improves. Upper organization is fine uniform and lower organization is bulky sparse of cladding layer, having a good wavy metallurgical combination between substrate and cladding layer.
