改善精冲织针针坯冲裁面划痕的实验研究

摘  要:织针冲裁面划痕是衡量织针断面质量的重要部分。对比使用传统冷冲模材料Cr12Mo V和高合金高速钢材料PM30,通过慢走丝线切割加工来制作模具,采用抛光加工方法提高模具工作面的质量,研究模具材料和模具表面质量对织针精冲冲裁面划痕的影响。试验结果表明,冲裁初期,模具材料和模具表面质量的差异对针坯冲裁面划痕的影响不大,连续冲裁10min后,选用PM30材料冲裁得到的针坯冲裁面划痕较少,断面粗糙度值和最大划痕深度值相对较低;经过抛光加工可得到更优异的模具表面质量,大大改善冲裁针坯的断面划痕情况。The needles' section scratch is an important part to evaluate the quality of section needle. The influence of section scratch of fine blanking needles on the mold material and the mold surface quality has been studied through the comparison with the traditional materials Cr12MoV as well as the high-alloy and high-speed steel PM30 via lower speed wire electrical discharge machining (LS-WEDM) and achieving better mold surface quality after polishing. The experimental result shows that in the early stage, the difference of mold material and mold surface quality has little impact on the section scratches of the needle billets. After 10 minutes of continuous punching, the blank section of needle billets using PM30 as mold material have less scratches and lower section roughness values; by polishing to get more excellent mold surface quality, the situation of scratches on blank section are greatly improved.
