摘  要:针对立式铆钉机钣金件人工铆接效率低,钣金件尺寸范围广,种类多,无专门适用于钣金件铆接,而换置自动铆钉机成本高,且需专用模具,不宜于钣金件铆接的问题,提出了对立式铆钉机钣金件加工进行自动化改造及设计的方法,设计出了可配合立式铆钉机使用的自动送板装置。通过电磁铁固定工件,使用导轨调整可装夹工件范围,由十字滑台及光电传感器实现铆钉目标点X、Y方向的精确定位,电动推杆控制其Z方向运动,并利用导柱自由行程消除铆接变形,实现自动铆接。该装置提高了钣金件铆接的自动化程度及生产效率,且改造成本低,实用性强,适用范围广,为其余铆钉机的自动化改造提供了依据。For the low hand riveting efficiency of vertical rivet machine of sheet metal parts, sheet metal parts in the size range widely and many kinds of, without specifically applicable to sheet metal riveting, and transposition of antomatic rivet machine is high in cost and special mould, not in a series of problems in sheet metal riveting, a method for automatic reconstruction and design of the sheet metal parts of vertical rivet machine is proposed. An automatic feeding device for the use of a vertical rivet machine is designed. The workpiece is fixed by an electromagnet, and the workpiece can be arranged with a guide rail. Precise positioning of the target point X, Y direction of the rivet through cross slide and photoelectric sensor. Through the electric push rod control device in the Z direction movement, and the use of the guide column free travel to eliminate riveting deformation, so as to achieve automatic riveting. This device can improve the automation level and production efficiency of the sheet metal riveting, and the transformation cost is low, the utility is strong, and it is suitable for wide application. At the same time, it provides the basis for the automatic reconstruction of the other rivet machine.
