摘 要:阐述了驾驶员侧安全气囊(DAB)仿真与试验验证的分析流程。为了准确模拟驾驶员侧安全气囊的工作特性,基于有限元分析软件建立了驾驶员侧安全气囊的有限元模型,并通过气体发生器的压力试验、跌落塔试验对气囊参数进行标定。通过对驾驶员侧安全气囊的静态展开过程进行CAE仿真分析,结果表明静态展开时气囊壳体撕裂线出现过撕,且壳体上部和底座连接处断裂分离。经试验表明,驾驶员侧安全气囊性能CAE仿真精度较高,该安全气囊不能满足驾驶员的安全要求。为了优化驾驶员侧安全气囊,对驾驶员侧安全气囊的壳体和底座进行结构进行加强,试验结果表明该方法可行有效,在工程上具有参考价值。The simulation and analysis of test process for the driver airbag (DAB) has been introduced. In order to accurately simulate operating characteristics of driver airbag, finite element model of driver side airbag was established based on finite element analysis software, and airbag parameters calibration was carried through pressure of gas generator test, drop tower test. The simulation analysis of static process of driver airbag through CAE analysis, results has shown that air bag shell tear line appeared when air bag is working, and upper shell would separate from base joint fracture. The test has shown that CAE performance simulation model of driver airbag has high accuracy, but airbag can't meet the requirement of the driver's safety performance. In order to optimize driver side airbag, shell and base of the driver airbag structure were strengthened. The test has shown that this method is feasible and effective, has reference value in engineering
