摘  要:轮齿修形是改善齿轮传动性能的有效措施之一。以某二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器为对象,通过静强度分析和传动误差分析,发现高速级齿轮的接触强度安全系数偏低,存在齿面点蚀的危险;传动误差方面,低速级传动误差相对较大。为改善传动性能,考虑采用齿向鼓形修形及齿向斜度修形相结合的综合修形措施。基于Romax Designer软件,选择遗传算法对齿向综合修形进行了优化研究,得到了相应的优化修形方案。修形后的分析结果表明:接触强度安全系数有所增大,传动误差也有明显减小。Tooth profile modification is one of the effective measures to improve transmission performance. By static strength analysis and transmission error analysis of the two-grade helical gear reducer, it found that the contact strength safety factor of high-speed gear is low, at risk of tooth surface pitting;and transmission error of low-speed gear is relatively low. To improve transmission performance, it considered a comprehensive lead modification combined crown modification and slope modification. Based on Romax Designer, optimization modification program were determined by optimizing comprehensive lead modification with the genetic algorithm The results showed that after modification, contact strength safety factor had increased, and there was a marked decrease about transmission errors.
