摘  要:在大规模大批量流水制造业中,由于不合理的人员分配和工位安排使得平衡问题显得更为突出。在分析总结了汽车发动机预装线现状的基础上,针对由生产线平衡所导致的生产效率低的问题,建立以各工位作业时间离散程度最小目标优化模型,优化员工负荷继而提高生产效率。采用工业工程方法对初始解进行改进,在综合考虑工作节拍、优先关系约束以及其它相关约束下,用禁忌搜索算法数字化求解。最后,通过ED仿真软件对优化结果进行验证。In the large-scale and large quantities assembly line of manufacturing, duo to unreasonable distribution and location arrangement,it makes the balance problem more and more important. Based on the analysis and summarized the current situation of automobile engine pre-assembly line, focusing on the problem of low produce efficiency caused by production line balancing, this paper builds up an optimization model, which ensures the smoothness index of the operation time for each station is minimum Considering working rhythm, precedence relation constraint as well as other relevant constraints, it uses industrial engineering methods to improve the initial solution and tabu search algorithm to solve the problem. At last the optimization result is verified by the simulation software of ED.
