摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定鼻炎灵胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法色谱柱为Waters XBridge C_(18)柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.8%甲酸(25∶75),检测波长276nm,流速1.0ml/min,柱温30℃,进样量10μl。结果黄芩苷在1.25~40μg/ml范围内(r=0.999 9)呈良好的线性关系,精密度实验中RSD均小于2%,加样回收率在95%~100%之间。结论该测定方法简便、准确,分离效果好,可用于鼻炎灵胶囊的质量控制。Objective To develop a HPLC method for determination of baicalin. Methods The separation was carried out on a Waters XBridge C18 column（4.6 min× 250 mm, 5 μm）, the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.8% formic acid （25 ： 75）, the detection wavelength was set at 276 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results The linearity was obtained over 1.25-40 μg/ml（r=0. 999 9） for baicalin. The RSD of precision were less than 2 %. The average recovery was between 95% and 100% . Conclusion This HPLC method was simple, accuracy and suitable for the quality control of Biyanling capsule.
