摘  要:[目的]探索苦参碱在甘薯黑斑病防治中的应用。[方法]利用平皿法测定苦参碱与甲基硫菌灵、百菌清和异菌脲3种化学杀菌剂混配对甘薯长喙壳的联合毒力,通过制剂现混处理茎段的方法对增效配比进行防效验证。[结果]苦参碱可有效抑制甘薯长喙壳菌丝生长,EC50值为3.0790 mg/L。苦参碱与甲基硫菌灵混配质量比1∶2、苦参碱与百菌清混配质量比3∶1或1∶1以及苦参碱与异菌脲混配质量比1∶3时表现为增效作用。防效验证结果:苦参碱400 mg/L的防治效果为42.64%,苦参碱与百菌清制剂现混(1∶1)和(3∶1)400 mg/L的防治效果分别为78.25%、70.92%。[结论]苦参碱与百菌清联合使用对甘薯长喙壳的抑制作用优于苦参碱单独使用。[Aims] This paper aims to explore the application ofmatrine to control black rot of sweet potato. [Methods] The co-toxicities of matrine and thiophanate-methyl, chlorothalonil, iprodione to Ceratocystis fimbriata Ellis et Halsted were tested by mycelial growth rate. The control efficacies of optimal synergetic ratio were tested by using mixed fungicides to dip stems of sweet potato. [Results] The results showed that matrine has stronger toxicity with ECso of 3.0790 mg/L. The results of co-toxicity indicated that the mixtures with the mixing ratio of matrine and thiophanate-methyl as 1:2, matrine and chlorothalonil as 3:1 or 1:1 and matrine and iprodione as 1:3 have synergistic effects. The results of control test showed that the control efficacy of matrine 400 mg/L was 42.64%, and those of matrine and chlorothalonil 400 mg/L (1:1) and (3:1) were 78.25 and 70.92%, respectively. [Conclusions] The matrine mixed with chlorothalonil has higher control efficacy to C. fimbriata compared with matrine alone.
