摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定间硝基苯磺酸钠和间氨基苯磺酸。考察了流动相比例、流动相pH等影响因素,并对选定的色谱条件进行了方法学的验证。结果表明:使用Waters Atlantis C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5.0μm),流动相为磷酸二氢钾溶液:甲醇=9∶1,其中磷酸二氢钾溶液浓度为20 mmol/L,pH为3.5,检测波长220 nm,流速为1 mL/min,柱温为25℃能达到分离效果,此方法的精密度、线性和回收率均达到要求。该方法分析快速准确、灵敏度高、重现性好。A high performance liquid chromatographic method was used to determine the 3-aminoben- zenesulfonic Acid and Sodium 3-nitrobenzenesulfonate. The influencing factors such as the proportion of mo- bile phase and pH of mobile phase were investigated, and the methods of the selected chromatographic con- ditions were verified. Results show that using the waters Atlantis C18 column (4.6 mm× 150 ram, 5.0 μm), with the mobile phase of potassium dihydrogan phosphate solution: methanol = 9:1, which concentration of potassium dihydrogan phosphate solution for 20 mmol / L and the pH of 3.5, the detection wavelength was 220 nm. The flow rate was 1 mL / rain. The column temperature is 25℃. The method can achieve the sepa- ration effect and the method of of precision, linearity and recovery rate are all up to the requirements. The method is accurate, sensitiye and reproducible.
