摘　　要：RWI管理系统是更改通知管理系统的简称,它是基于某地铁制造公司OA系统的一个工作流管理体系。针对地铁生产过程中设计或工艺等所做的更改,联合公司相关部门根据工作流的形式快速作出相应整改,提高办公效率的同时实现群体协同工作,从而提高效率,增强企业竞争力。RWI, Repair Work Instruction for short, is a workflow management system of metro industry in OA system. According to the repair instruction about engineer or technology, it can combine the relevant departments to quickly repair the problem according to the form of workflow, which improves office efficiency while achieving group collaboration, so as to improve efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
