摘  要:在既要保证受压螺杆稳定,又要求其质量轻的应用条件下,如何较为准确地求解出临界载荷是螺杆设计中的关键问题。由于螺杆临界载荷的理论计算是将螺杆简化为以其小径为外径的圆杆,忽略了螺纹牙的作用,所得出的临界载荷与实际情况相比较小,导致螺旋机构自重较重。针对上述问题,对一种新型采场顶板机械支柱的细长受压螺杆组件的临界载荷进行了研究,在ANSYS Workbench软件中建立了考虑螺纹牙和联接实际情况的有限元模型,应用有限元屈曲模态分析方法,得到了前3阶临界载荷,并与其理论值进行了对比,分析了两者之间的差异。To ensure the compression screw to be stable and lightweight in the application condition, how to keep criti- cal load accurately is the key problem in screw design. Because theoretical calculation of critical load simplifies screw to be round rod with outer diameter equal to minor diameter of screw, ignoring the screw thread effect, the outcome is smaller than the actual value whcih leads the weight of screw mechanism to be heavier. Therefore, in order to analyze the critical load of the slender compression screw component of one new type mechanical prop used in the stope roof accurately, a finite element model is created in ANSYS Workbench software considering screw thread and actual connection status. In this mod- el, the first three orders of the critical load are calculated based on the finite element buckling model analysis. Furthermore, the gap is analyzed comparing with its theoretical value.
