摘  要:螺旋喂料机技术成熟、应用广泛,喂料精度可达0.5%。限制螺旋喂料机在火炸药领域应用主要是考虑其工艺安全性。通过紧配合、双支承和分离进料口等几种螺旋喂料机的改进设计,提高了其本质安全性,使民用喂料机具备应用于火炸药等危险物料的可能,为优化火炸药制造工艺,加快火炸药生产连续化建设奠定了基础。The weight loss screw feeder is mature and been widely applied, and its accuracy can reach 0. 5%. The process safety is the primary cause of its application limited in the fields of explosives and propellants, however, it is not very sure. By the several improved design such as tight fit, double support, separating the feed inlet, and et al. , the process intrinsic safety of weight loss screw feeder is enhanced. Making the commercial feeders has the chance to be used to measure the hazardous materials. For instance, explosives and propellants, which build the foundation for optimizing process and accelerating the development of continuous production of explosives.
