摘　　要：文中阐述了航海保障信息化服务体系的基本概念和建设必要性,分析了目前航海保障信息化服务方面存在的主要问题和差距,对体系建设中的九个子体系进行了全面论述,并提出了保证体系建设的工作措施。The The paper introduces the embedment of the NUT/OS operation system and simplified TCP/IP protocol stack in 8-bit Atmega 128 SCM and the adoption of meclian flat filter of the digital filtering technology in accomplishing the dual functions of both data processing and Http Web server and realizing the real-time monitor of the tide information at hydrologic stations.
