摘　　要：文中分析了媒介数据管理的难点,介绍了宣传业务流程再造、工作数据流优化的相关内容,探索了从远端录入、分类存储、后续应用这三个环节,实现对媒介数据流的有效管理与科学使用。This paper refers to TIANJIN MSA try to re-engineer and optimize propagznda business process, and card work date stream under the difficttlties in Media data managerment. They successfully reach to management effectively and use more scientifically though three links,that is remote entry, classified storage and follow up application.
