摘  要:以碗莲为试验材料,研究水体环境中的不同p H值(3、5、7、9、11)对碗莲幼叶叶绿素含量、光合特性及抗性生理的影响。结果表明:在pH值为7时,叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)最高,而细胞间隙CO_2浓度(Ci)最低;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活力最高,丙二醛(MDA)含量最低。植株随环境中酸性或碱性增大,其叶绿素含量、Pn、Gs和Tr降低,Ci升高:SOD、POD活力减弱,MDA含量增多。Experiment was conducted to study the influence of different pH (3,5,7,9,11 ) on the leaf chlorophyll content, photosythetic charact- eristics and resistance physiology of the lotus.Experimental results showed that at pH 7,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate (Pn),stomatal conductance ( Gs ), and transpiration rate (Tr) were the highest, and the intercellular CO2 concentration ( Ci ) was the lowest ; the activity of sup -eroxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) were the highest, but the content of MDA was the lowest.In the environment of the water with stronger acidity or alkalinity, the chlorophyll content, Pn, Gs and Tr appeared more and more low, and Ci showed higher;SOD and POD activity decreased, MDA content increased.
