摘 要:黄河泥沙资源丰富且利用前景广阔,但目前仍存在成本瓶颈和技术瓶颈。通过建立企业参与泥沙资源利用合作创新的演化博弈模型,模拟了市场机制下企业参于泥沙资源利用合作创新的决策行为。结果表明:在泥沙资源市场化利用领域,完全依靠市场机制引导企业与河道管理部门进行合作创新具有很强的不确定性,需要针对泥沙资源开发利用的不同途径和产业成长的不同阶段,将泥沙资源利用的市场行为与政府补贴优惠机制结合起来,促进黄河泥沙资源利用产业的快速发展。The sediment resources of the Yellow River are rich and have broad utilization prospects, but there are still cost and technical bottle necks. Evolutionary game model of sediment resources utilization cooperative innovation in the Yellow River was established to simulate the decision making behavior of enterprises participating in the sediment resources utilization cooperative innovation under the market mechanism condition. The research result shows that the cooperation between enterprises and the river management departments has a strong uncertainty completely dependent on the market mechanism. The market behavior of sediment resources utilization should be combined with the govern- ment's subsidy preferential mechanism to promote the rapid development of the Yellow River sediment resources utilization industry.
