摘  要:应急监测是突发性环境污染事故处置的首要环节,是对环境污染事故及时、准确进行处置的根本依据。建立了车载气相色谱/质谱联用仪结合液液萃取前处理测定水体中半挥发性有机物的方法,通过优化仪器分析条件,可在20min内定性、定量监测分析24种半挥发性有机物,且各组分线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.990,方法的精密度和准确度好,检出限小于0.84μg/L,满足应急监测和实验室分析的要求。该方法快速、高效,适用于突发环境污染事故中水中半挥发性有机污染物的定性和定量应急监测。Emergency monitoring is the most important link in the disposal of sudden environmental pollution accident, which is the funda- mental basis for the timely and accurate disposal of environmental pollution accident. A vehicle mounted gas chromatography / mass spectrometry (GC/MS) instrument with liquid-liquid extraction pretreatment method was established for determination of the semi volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) in water. The instrument analysis condition was optimized, then 24 kinds of SVOCs could be qualitative and quantitative detected within 20 minutes. The linear relationship was good, the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.990. The precision and accuracy of the method was good. The detection limits were less than 0.84 mu g/L, which met the requirements of emergency monitoring and laboratory analysis. The method was fast and efficient, and it was suitable for the qualitative and quantitative emergency monitoring of SVOCs in the environment of sudden environmental pollution accident.
