摘  要:[目的]了解目前蔬菜水果中有机磷农药残留水平以及主要使用的农药种类。[方法]对西安市2013—2015年蔬菜水果中有机磷农药残留的检出率、超标率、有机磷农药残留状况的规律性结果进行分析。[结果]西安市有机磷农药残留检出率较高的蔬菜样品种类为鳞茎类、食用菌类、芸苔属类,主要超标的样品为西兰花、香菇、菜花、甘蓝、葱,超标的农药种类为水胺硫磷、辛硫磷、氧乐果等。检出超标的水果样品为草莓、橘子、葡萄,超标的农药种类是辛硫磷、水胺硫磷。不同季节蔬菜水果中,1月份农药残留检出率和超标率居高,检出的样品主要为甘蓝、大白菜、菜花、西兰花、豇豆、韭菜、油麦菜;4月份农药残留检出较多的样品为香菇、生菜、紫甘蓝、西红柿、甘蓝、西葫芦;7月份农药残留检出较多的的样品为茼蒿、青菜、芹菜、菜花、西兰花、葡萄;10月份农药残留检出较多的的样品为豇豆、白菜、青菜、紫甘蓝、香菇、菠菜、油麦菜、芹菜、菜心、甘蓝、橘子。[结论]该研究可为进一步提高西安市农产品质量安全水平提供数据支撑。[Objective] The levels of organic phosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits and the mainly used pesticides were studied. [ Method] The detection rate of organic phosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits in Xi'an during 2013 -2015, exceeding standard rate, and the regularity of organic phosphorus pesticide residues were analyzed. [ Result ] The detection rate of organic phosphorus pesticide residues was higher in bulbs, edible fungi and Brassica. Main vegetables exceeding the standard included broccoli, Letinous edodes, cauliflower, cabbage, oriion, pesticides included isocarbophos, phoxim, folimat. Main fruits exceeding the standard included strawberry, orange, grape, pesticides included isocarbophos, phoxim. Seeing from different seasons, the detection rate and exceeding standard rate of pesticide residues in Jan. was highest, samples mainly included cabbage, Chinese eabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, cowpea, Chinese chives, Lactuca sativa;in Apr. , samples included Letinous edodes, lettuce, purple cabbage, tomato, cabbage, zucchini ;in Jul. , samples included chrysanthemum, celery, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, grape;in Oct. , samples included cowpea, Chinese cabbage, cabbage, purple cabbage, Letinous edodes, spinach, lettuce, celery, wild cabbage, Chinese flowering cabbage, mandarin orange. [ Conclusion ] The study can provide data support for further improve the quality and safety of agricultural products in Xi' an City.
