摘　　要：从种子繁殖、分株繁殖和组培繁殖的育苗技术,以及种苗病虫害防治、种苗出圃和包装运输等方面,明确规定了海南砂的种子苗、分株苗和组培苗生产技术规程,为海南砂种苗标准化生产提供依据。The technical regulations on seed seedling, tillering seedling, tissue culture seedling of Amomum longiligulare were determined from aspects of seed propagation, ramet propagation, tissue culture propagation breeding technique, seedling disease and pest control, seed- lings removed from garden, packaging and transportation. The SOP provides a basis for the standardization production of Amomum longiligulare seedlings.
