甘露寡糖对肉仔鸡早期生长性能及相关理化指标的影响

摘　　要：为探讨甘露寡糖对肉仔鸡生产性能影响及作用机理,选用1日龄肉仔鸡200只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2、3组分别在基础日粮中添加25、50、75 mg/kg甘露寡糖。试验期为21 d。结果:甘露寡糖能够改善肉仔鸡生产性能,与对照组相比,试验1、2、3组采食量分别提高了5.04%(P>0.05)、9.74%(P<0.05)、20.32%(P<0.05),体重分别提高了2.17%(P>0.05)、15.78%(P<0.05)、21.99%(P<0.05),试验2、3组饲料报酬分别改善了5.23%(P<0.05)、1.46%(P>0.05);甘露寡糖对免疫器官发育有促进作用,可以提高肉鸡免疫力和抗氧化力,其中过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性、总抗氧化能力亦有提高趋势。试验表明:甘露寡糖可以提高肉仔鸡生长性能,改善健康状态,在日粮中的适宜添加量为50 mg/kg。To study the effects of mannan oligosaceharides （MOS） on growth performance and mechanism in broilers, 1-day-age 200 broilers were randomly divided into four groups,each group with 5 repeats,each repeat with 10 chickens. The control group were fed the basal diet while the test groups were fed the basal diet added 25,50,75 mg/kg MOS respectively. The trial lasted 21 days. Compared with the control group,feed intakes of test 1,2,3 group were increased by 5.04% （P〉0.05）,9.74% （P〈0.05） and 20.32% （P〈0.05）,body weights were increased by 2.17% （P〉0.05）, 15.78% （P〈0.05） and 21.99% （P〈0.05）respectively,feed conversion ratios of test 2,3 group were improved by 5.23% （P〈0.05）,1.46% （P〉0.05）respectively. The immune organ development,immunity and oxidation resistance of broilers were promoted. The activities of hydrogen peroxidase and superoxide dismutase were increased significantly （P〈0.05）and glutathione peroxidase activity and total anti-oxidative capacity also had the same trend. In conclusion,MOS had the positive effect on growth performance and health condition of broilers,the appropriate adding dose was 50 mg/kg.
