摘  要:自制了渗透型硅烷膏体防水防护剂,研究了乳化体系和两种硅烷单体的配比对硅烷膏体稳定性的影响,探讨了硅烷单体含量对渗透深度、吸水率、氯化物吸收量降低效果及抗碱性的影响。结果表明:阴离子乳化剂与非离子乳化剂复配所得到的硅烷膏体稳定性较好;硅烷膏体配方中添加异丁基三乙氧基硅烷会降低膏体的稳定性,但有利于硅烷膏体在混凝土表面渗透深度的增加;硅烷膏体能明显降低混凝土的吸水率和氯化物吸收量,提高抗碱性。Capillary silane paste waterproofing protective agent is produced. The article studies the influences of emulsifying system and the ratio of two types of silane monomers on the stability of silane paste, and it also discusses the influence of silane monomer content on penetration depth, water absorption, chloride absorbing reduction and alkali resistance. Results show the siiane paste which employs the compound of anionic emulsifier and nonionic emulsifier has excellent stability'; the adding of isobutyl triethoxy silane in silane paste formulation will reduce the stability, but it will increase the penetrating depth of silane paste on concrete surface; silane paste can obviously reduce the water absorption and chloride absorption capacity of concrete and improve its alkali resistance.
