摘　　要：将大数据技术数据应用于对高校党员群体或者个人的量化分析中,可以改善和创新高校党员教育工作。当下应当树立大数据意识,搭建整合网络新媒体平台,挖掘运用大数据资源,同时还要重视网络安全与个体隐私保护。具体而言,包括建设网络新媒体党员教育平台、建立校内统一格式的业务运行数据管理系统、建立校际间党员教育数据共享机制、建立新时期的党员教育效果评价体系等举措在内的完整的工作体制机制。The application of big data technology to the quantitative analysis of Party members in colleges can improve and innovate the education of Party members in colleges. People should not only establish a sense of big data, build a new media platform for the network integration, explore to make use of big data resources, but also pay attention to network security and individual privacy protection. Specifically, it is a complete working mechanism, in- eluding the establishment of Party member education platform based on network and new media, the business operation data management system in uniform format within campus, the data sharing mechanism on Party member education between universities, effect evaluation system of Party member education in the new period.
