摘 要:铣床实训是高校金工实习中必不可少、承上启下的环节,承上是对机械切削加工原理的运用、对车工实训教学质量的综合训练和强化,启下是对学生未来参加数控实训而言,实现对数控实训基础知识的学习和积累。铣床实训对培养学生实践动手能力、发现问题分析问题解决问题能力的提高起着重要的作用。文章对高校铣床实训现状进行分析然后提出相应的解决措施,为铣床实训教改提供参考。Milling machine training is essential to metalworking practice in colleges and universities, and the essential link, the use of the principle of the mechanical machining, is to strengthen the comprehensive training, and of the practice teaching quality for future students to participate in the NC training and to master the basic knowledge of numerical control practice and accumulation. Milling machine training is to cultivate students' practical ability, find the problem the ability of analyzing and solve problems with a positive effect. In this paper, the milling machine training in colleges and universities are analyzed and then the corresponding solution measures are put forward, so as to provide a reference for milling machine training teaching reform.
