摘　　要：没有注重学生人格的培养,甚至不能理解他们的自然性质和社会性质,这是高校传统思想政治教育的缺陷。高校思想政治教育工作必须从人性化这一角度考虑,思想政治教育工作者必须去了解学生的个性,必须尊重学生的个性并不断培育学生独特的个性。高校要重视大学生在各个方面的发展,促进大学生品德朝着完美的方向发展,大学生的总体素质也要得到相应的提高。实施人性化的思想政治教育工作,高校必须通过转变教育观念,树立以人为本的教育理念,注重人文教育模式的运用,通过激励等手段实现。Failing to cultivate students＇ personality and under- stand their natural and social properties is the defect of traditional ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities should be humanistic, fully understanding and respecting stu- dents＇ personality, and continuously cultivating their unique per- sonality. Colleges and universities should also pay attention to the all-round development of college student and promote the im- provement of college students＇ moral characters, so the overall quality of college students should be improved accordingly. To implement humanistic ideological and political education, col- leges and universities must transform their education ideas, es- tablish the people-oriented education idea, and pay attention to the application humanistic education mode and stimulation.
