地方学院毕业生应对方式与择业焦虑的关系研究

摘　　要：探讨地方学院毕业生应对方式与择业焦虑之间的关系,采用高校毕业生择业焦虑问卷和应对方式问卷量表对400名地方学院毕业生进行调查。结果发现:地方学院毕业生在择业焦虑总分与其各维度和应对方式总分与其各维度上均不存在显著的性别差异;积极应对与择业焦虑各维度呈负相关,而消极应对与择业焦虑各维度呈显著正相关(P<0.01),说明消极应对对地方学院毕业生就业竞争压力具有明显的预测作用和显著影响力。To explore the relationship between coping style and career decision-making anxiety in local college graduates, this research used college graduates＇ decision-making anxiety ques- tionnaires and coping style questionnaires to investigate 400 local college graduates. The investigation results show that： there is no significant gender difference between the total scores of career decision-making anxiety and its each dimension and the total cores of coping style and its each dimension; positive treatment and the dimensions of career decision-making anxiety are nega- tively correlated, while negative treatment and the dimensions of career decision-making anxiety are are positively correlated （P〈0.01）, indicating that negative treatment is of obvious predict- ing role and significant influence on the employment pressure of local college graduates.
