摘  要:在学生的学习问题上,失败不是成功之母,成功才是成功之母,反复成功培养天才,反复失败培养庸才。学习的本质是快乐的,要深入挖掘学生学习的持久快感。充满发现的学习有快感;不断克服困难的学习有快感;激发求知欲、释放潜能的学习有快感;为自己学习才有快感。教育者的作用和价值,体现在最大程度地调动学生的内在积极性,组织学生的自主学习。本文通过具体描述参与式英语教学模式在课堂内外的构建过程,详细介绍了该模式在调动学生英语学习积极性方面的有效性,充分体现了"知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者"的快乐学习精神。On the study of students, failures are not the mother of successes, but successes themselves. Keeping succeeding pro- duces geniuses while keeping failing produces mediocrities. The nature of study is happiness, so an educator should keep digging the happiness of study. Adventures give students happiness, overcoming difficulties gives them happiness, studying with cu- riosity gives them happiness, study with potency gives them hap- piness as well as study for themselves. The value and the function of educators is to motivate the inner activity of students as possi- ble as they can. The thesis introduces the validity of motivating the English learning interests of students through the construction of the participatory teaching mode of English in detail, expressing the soul of learning, that is "Who likes is better than who knows, who enjoys is better than who likes."
