摘　　要：借鉴德国职业教育的行动导向教学法,结合数控车工课程的特点及教学问题,改进本校数控车实训教学,对教学内容进行有步骤调整,进行相应的流程设计,力图提升教学效果,培养、提高学生的综合素质。为其他相关工种应用研究提供参考价值。Referring to action-oriented teaching approach of Ger- many＇s vocational education, and combined with the characteris- tics and problems of CNC course, we improve CNC training teaching in our college, adjust its teaching content step by step, and carry out corresponding procedure design, striving to improve the teaching effect ad cultivate students＇ comprehensive quality, and also provide some references for the application and research of other courses.
