摘　　要：女性主义的性别角色、性别刻板印象、话语权和职业身份等理论成果为当下女教师权益保护问题提供了研究新视阈,并为实现高校女教师权益的有效保障指明可行路径。从而,有利于树立一种新的以追求社会公正和性别平等为宗旨的高校两性价值观,促进和谐校园的真正实现。The special theories on feminism, gender role, gender stereotypes, discourse right and professional status can provide a new research perspective and indicate many feasible paths of protecting the legal legitimate rights and interests of the female teachers in order to establish a new value on gender for the pursuit of social justice and gender equality and promote the actual realization of the harmonious campus.
