摘　　要：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)是以睡眠时反复发生呼吸暂停、低氧血症和睡眠结构紊乱为特征的疾病。本文报道1例长期重度OSAS并发多发肋骨骨折的疑难病例,分析OSAS并发肋骨骨折的可能机制,旨在关注OSAS与骨骼疾病间的关系。Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome （OSAS） is a sleep-related respiratory disorder characterized by repeated episodes of apnea, hypoxia, and sleep fragmentation. We report a difficult case of a young men who suffered from severe OSAS for a long term and recurrent fractures at bilateral ribs. We analyze the possible mechanism of OSAS complicated with rib fractures, in order to pay attention to the association between OSAS and bone diseases.
