缬沙坦联用泼尼松对特发性肺纤维化患者肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察缬沙坦联用泼尼松治疗特发性肺纤维化(IPE)的疗效以及对患者肺功能的影响。方法将58例IPE患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=28)给予泼尼松治疗,观察组(n=30)给予缬沙坦+泼尼松联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗6个月后的治疗效果以及肺功能改善情况。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后,观察组的各项指标改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦联用泼尼松治疗IPE的疗效明显。Objective To observe the effect of valsartan combined with prednisone on pulmonary function in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis （IPE）. Methods 58 patients with IPE were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group （n = 28） given prednisone treatment, and the observation group （n = 30） given valsartan ＋ prednisone combined treatment. Their curative effect and lung function were compared 6 months after treatment. Resuits The total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Each index of the two groups improved obviously after treatment, and the improvement was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Valsartan combined with prednisone has significant curative effect in treatment of IPE.
