自制麻醉冲洗复合装置在支气管镜检查中应用

摘　　要：目的评价自行设计制作的麻醉冲洗复合装置在支气管镜检查过程中的应用价值及其不良反应。方法对2013年10月-2015年10月采用自行设计制作麻醉、冲洗复合装置做麻醉冲洗的支气管镜检查患者50例为治疗组,和同期采用常规麻醉冲洗的支气管镜检查50例为对照组,比较两组患者利多卡因、生理盐水、去甲肾上腺素用量,支气管镜检查时间、医生和护士对检查操作满意度、两组患者出现不良反应。结果和对照组相比,治疗组检查时间、利多卡因用量、生理盐水、去甲肾上腺素用量少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组检查医生、护士操作满意度好于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组缺氧、呛咳、出血等不良反应总发生时间低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者检查过程中缺氧、呛咳、出血等不良反应发生率无差异(P>0.05)。结论麻醉冲洗复合装置结构简单,制作容易,材料易获得,操作方便,临床应用效果好,可在临床上应用。Objective To evaluate the application value and adverse reaction of the self-designed anesthesia- flushing composite device in bronchoscopy. Methods The patients from October 2013 to October 2015 were divided into two groups. The treatment group was given self-designed anesthesia-flushing device, and the control group was given general anesthesia-flushing device at the same time. The differences of lidocaine, physiological saline norepinephrinc, bronchoscopy examining time, the doctors and nurses satisfaction to the operation and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment group＇s examining time, lidocaine dose, physiological saline dose and norepinephrine dose were less than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Doctors and nurses satisfaction to the operation in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The time of adverse reaction was less in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions occurred between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The self-designed anesthesia-flushing device has the advantages of simple structure, easy fabrication, easy access to materials and convenient operation. The device can be applied in clinic.
