摘　　要：目的:观察和评估骨髓细胞学、骨髓病理学联合检查在HMDS中的诊断价值,为临床诊断提供参考。方法:选取我院收治的疑似HMDS患者30例,进行骨髓细胞学和骨髓病理学检查。结果 :骨髓细胞学联合骨髓病理学检查诊断HMDS的敏感度、特异度及准确度均较单独检查高(P<0.05)。结论 :骨髓细胞学、骨髓病理学对HMDS具有一定的诊断价值,且两者联合检查能提高诊断HMDS的准确性。Objective： To study the application value of the combination of bone marrow cytology and pathology in the diagnosis of hypoplasia myelodysplastic syndrome（HMDS）. Methods： Thirty cases of the suspected HMDS patients were selected and the patients were checked by both bone marrow cytology and pathology. Results： The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the combination of bone marrow cytology and pathology in the diagnosis of HMDS were higher than those of either examination（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Bone marrow cytology and pathology have certain value in the diagnosis of HMDSA and the combination of the two methods can improve the accuracy in the diagnosis of HMDS.
