摘　　要：尽管改革开放以来中国城镇化率不断提升,然而,作为城镇化的主体——人(城市新移民)的发展仍然存在着诸多的现实问题。主要表现为:人的城市主体性被忽视;人的平等社会权利被阻滞;人的正常人伦情感被割裂;人的可持续发展被威胁;人的精神文化需要被掩盖。Although China’s urbanization rate has been rising since China’s reform and opening up, as the main body of urbanization-Human, the new city immigrants development still exists a lot of realistic problems. The main performances are as follows： people of the city subjectivity are ignored; their equal social rights are blocked; person’s normal ethics emotional is split;person’s sustainable development is threatened; people’s spiritual and cultural needs are covered.
