摘　　要：现代社会中,都市职业女性随着经济地位、社会地位、政治地位的逐步提高和女性自我意识的不断觉醒,越来越呈现出引领都市体育休闲方式的特质。通过对都市职业女性体育休闲方式和心理体验的考察,可以发现这种特质具有明显的性别意识和阶层差异。In modern society, with the economic status, social status, political status and women’s self awareness of the gradual awakening, urban career women are showing the characteristics of leading the way of urban sports and leisure. Through the investigation of the urban professional women’s sports leisure mode and psychological experience, we can find that this trait has obvious gender consciousness and class difference.
