基于生态文明建设的南京市土地利用综合效益协调性研究

摘　　要：生态文明建设强调其与社会、经济的共同发展,为了明确在生态文明建设的同时,南京市土地利用综合效益的协调程度,从经济、社会、生态三方面构建了土地利用综合效益评价指标体系,采用协调度模型计算2007到2014年南京市土地利用综合效益协调度,并划分土地利用综合效益协调等级。结果显示南京市2007到2014年土地利用的各类型效益整体呈上升趋势,其中经济效益增长较快,社会效益稳定增长,生态效益先增长后趋于缓慢,土地利用综合效益的协调程度由不协调状态逐步发展为比较协调状态,但2014年又有所倒退。说明南京市虽然重视生态文明建设,但近年来经济的高速发展仍对生态环境带来压力,因此今后需进一步加大生态文明建设力度。Ecological civilization construction emphasizes its common development with society and economy.In order to definitude the coordination degree of against the background of ecological civilization construction in Nanjing,the paper establishes evaluation index system of comprehensive land use efficiency from three aspects of economy,society and ecology.Applying coordination degree model,we estimate and rank the coordination degree of land use efficiency in Nanjing from 2007 to 2014.The result shows that all kinds of benefits of land use were on the rising trend in general in Nanjing from 2007 to 2014.Besides,the economic efficiency increased relatively fast,social efficiency showed a steady growth and ecological efficiency increased followed by a trend to be slow.Although the coordination degree of comprehensive land use efficiency developed from a state of disharmony to a more coordinated as a whole,there was still a regression in 2014.The result illustrates that although the ecological civilization construction was taken seriously in Nanjing,the rapid economic development in recent years still put pressure to ecological environment.Therefore,ecological civilization construction needs to be strengthened in the future.
