摘 要:番茄褪绿病毒(To CV)病近几年来在我国各地相继暴发,北方产区染病情况尤为严重。对山东寿光蔬菜种业集团示范园内采集回的27个番茄品种的样品进行RT-PCR检测,结果表明,其中23个品种感染了To CV;之后对这23个样品进行实时荧光定量PCR检测,分析病毒的CP基因的相对表达量,结果表明,感染品种中To CV含量存在明显差异;进一步对样品的叶绿素含量进行了检测,结果表明,较难通过叶绿素含量高低判断To CV的感染程度。Recent years, tomato chlorosis virus (ToCV) disease had occurred on tomato throughout China, especially in north producing district. 27 tomato cuhivars were detected by RT-PCR collected from demonstration districts of Shouguang vegetable-seed group in Shandong province. The results showed that 23 tomato cultivars of all the tomato cultivars were infected with ToCV. Next detection was carried out by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, and the relative expression of CP gene was analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences between the contents of ToCV in infected tomato cuhivars. Further detection on chlorophyll content of specimens had been performed and the results showed that it was difficult to estimate the degree of ToCV infection by different chlorophyll contents.
