摘　　要：笔者以山西省农业科技服务模式为研究对象,在对国内外农业科技服务模式做出分析与评价的基础上,结合山西省农业科技服务现状以及一些可借鉴模式,探讨了山西省在新常态背景下所面临的市场经济体制需求、农业生产要素及资源短缺的实况等实际问题,提出山西省农业科技服务模式需要通过借鉴其他农业科技服务模式,在自身的基础上进行创新,并提出针对性政策建议。Based on the analysis and evaluation of agricultural science and technology service pattern at home and abroad and the situation of agricultural science and technology service of Shanxi, the paper discusses the actual problems which Shanxi must face under the background of new normal such as the requirement of market economy system and the shortage of agricultural production factors and resources. Then it points out that Shanxi should learn from other agricultural science and technology service modes and innovate combining with its characteristics and actual condition. Finally, some suggestions are put forward.
