摘　　要：发达国家对外投资理论主要分为内部化理论、组织理论、垄断优势理论和国际化理论。笔者针对现行发达国家对外投资理论分别进行了阐述和讨论,以期为我国对外投资的发展起到促进作用。The foreign investment theory of developed countries mainly consists of internalization theory, organization theory, monopolistic advantage and intemationlization theory. The paper elaborates and discusses the current foreign investment theory in developed countries so as to promote the development of China＇s foreign investment.
