跨境电商情境下海外仓的建设及其发展对策研究

摘　　要：跨境电商的迅速发展,催生出海外仓这种新型的跨境物流方式。文章介绍了海外仓的建设方式,研究分析了海外仓的现状,指出了海外仓建设及运营存在成本较高、对信息技术要求高等问题,从政府、社会、企业3个层面提出了对海外仓建设使用需要认真调研以及加快人才培养等建议。With the rapid development of cross-border E-commerce, oversea warehouse has been widely concerned. In this pa- per, the construction methods and status of oversea warehouse are analyzed. Based on the problems of oversea warehouse construction like higher cost and technical requirement, it puts forward some suggestions from the perspectives of the govern- ment, society and enterprises.
